We ended up buying two of these as our sons seem to love them. It is very versatile toy. The only problem we had with it is our kids liked to bring it in the tub and float the rings. The rings have holes in them and absorbed water and now are splitting apart. That is my only down that I have had. Otherwise, from spinning the rings to stacking it has held my kids attention.

my baby loves playing with this since he was 6 months old! it started with just gumming the rings and shaking the top rattle, but now he enjoys pulling them off the stick & putting them back -the rocking base helps as he improves his hand-eye coordination.

My babies ADORE their colorful stacking rings. They always want a stacking ring to tote around on their travels throughout our house. They want a colorful ring on their foot when they get a diaper change. They want a colorful ring in the ball pit. Sometimes one of them will try to overpower the other to get ALL the colorful rings. This reminds me that I need to buy some more colorful rings.

Five stars all day all the way.

My ten month old LOVES this toy. He hasn’t figured out how to stack the rings yet, but he happily pulls them off if someone stacks them. He likes to play with the rings: chewing on them, banging them on the floor, waving them around, etc. He REALLY likes banging the post part on the floor, since it makes satisfyingly loud noises on the tile. I’ve definitely gotten my money’s worth on this one!

My (now 2 1/2-year old) daughter received this for her first birthday. She loved it from the start. It’s not a toy that she plays with every day, but there aren’t many of those, are there? Some of the negative reviews stated the children weren’t interested in it constantly. We do not have it in the middle of the floor, but in a corner where she can play with it when she wants. She “discovers” it from time to time & gets excited all over again. My 11-month old son is interested in it, even though he is too small to ride it by himself. Hopefully, he will enjoy it when he is big enough. My three-year old niece enjoys riding it when she visits. Be aware, it is very loud & boisterous when it is being ridden, but they love it even more because of that (of course). Also, it tends to move a little across the hardwood floor when being ridden. Overall, I would recommend this toy because it is fun & provides good exercise & balance for little legs (bouncing) & arms (holding on).

Its verey durable- she’s the third to use it after two boys! And she’ll sit and jump while watching tv with her great-grandpa. We love it.

My now 17 month old son received this for his first birthday. He seemed to enjoy it, but was still a bit young for it. I figured he’d like it much more once he learned to walk, and was able to get on and off it himself. I was right.

Once I felt comfortable that he wouldn’t hurt himself on this, I put it in his playroom, and he uses it everyday! He LOVES to bounce…has since he was a tiny little baby. So this has proved to be the perfect toy for him! I placed it by the window in his playroom, so he’ll sit on while looking out the window, and just bounce away! It’s great for getting him to use up some of the never-ending energy he seems to have!

Overall, a GREAT toy for toddlers. I definitely wouldn’t get it till your child is walking on their own, but once they reach the point where they can get on and off it on their own, they’ll have tons of fun on this!

My 18 mo old nephew loves this toy. He could ride it for hours, he loves it. It seems pretty well made, especially for the price.

We bought this before my daughter’s legs were even long enough to use it on her own, but she would still love to sit on it and we would sit next to her and bounce it for her and she had a blast and always wanted to keep going long after our arms were tired.

Now that her legs are long enough she still loves to climb on and bounce like there’s no tomorrow, although she’ll go through little ’spurts’ of wanting to ride it. It’s great exercise for their little legs, especially if they are cooped up indoors for a while.

The only down-side is it does take up a good amount of space and you really need to place it in the center of a room away from other pieces of furniture in case they fall off or get carried away climbing on and off.

This is my second tub I have tried… first off, its only $30 at wal-mart, so if you’re still interested, buy it there.
There are a few problems with this tub:
First, the pillow is useless- you can’t wash the baby’s hair when the pillow is there, and if you flip it up, it falls back down in the baby’s face. I had to cut it off.
Second, as the baby gets bigger and you still need to use the sling, her back hits the seat below and hurts her. I had to hold her up with one hand and bathe her with the other.
So, I tried using the tub without the sling. She is only 2 months, but can lay it the tub/seat just fine. The only problem is that it doesnt seem comfortable for her, and her head rests higher than the seat, which means when I wash her hair, the water doesn’t flow into the tub, but onto the counter instead.
This tub only worked well for the first few weeks. Now I am off to find another!

We bought the whole rainforest line which is so cute but this just didn’t work out for us. From the get go the hammock part never supported our son. His back would hit ackwardly on the hard plastic bump below meant for use with older babies. No matter how tight we got the straps he still sunk too far down. He was 7lbs 9 oz. when he was born and we’ve been using this since his cord fell off. He is just now at 2 months 10 lbs. so weight was not the issue. We’ve now tried a couple of times without the hammock attachment. It’s better but still not great. He seems to slip side to side and it does seem pretty short, water spills over the back when we try to rinse his head. I wouldn’t reccommend this tub. There may be better options but I say save your money for other things and do like we do, my husband takes him in the shower with him and he loves it :). We won’t be trying any others.

I got this for my first baby thinking it looked so cute and came with extra toys and accessories. As some other reviewers have said, it was fine for the newborn stage. When it was time to use it without the hammock, the tub became fairly useless. It’s very shallow and my son could almost roll out the side when he leaned over. Additionally, there is some assembly required. The piece that holds it onto the side of the sink has to be screwed on and it was always a little wobbly because of the way the screws went into the plastic.

This is a wonderful tub– if you follow the instructions for the hammock. I’ve used it for two kids now. I am so tired of people giving things bad reviews when they are using the product wrong. The hammock part is for an infant up to 10 pounds. If your child is crying because of the “bump” and you can’t get the hammock to tighten any further, then it is probably because the child is too big and needs to go onto stage two where the baby uses the hammock as a head rest, but sits on the incline of the tub. I actually put a picture of this position in the customer photos of the product. All of these reviews where the babies are bigger and still using a hammock is unsafe. Please read the directions before you use a product.

I totally regret putting this item on my baby registry. For the past 4 months I have struggled while using this bath on my own. When my Husband can help with the bath it’s not too bad but to use this on my own is a total nightmare. The sling when my baby was a newborn was not supportive and the pillow at the top of the sling never fit his head properly. After only several uses and following the recommended cleaning regimen the sling became discolored with black markings. Despite multiple washes in the machine it would not come out. It looks gross, like mold. We think it is from the manufacturer’s tag. At the recommended age we removed the sling and even at 4 months my son hate’s the bathtub and slides all over the place. He is never comfortable in it. It has not made bathtime a fun event. It is also so large that the only place to store it in our condo is in our bathtub which is annoying to move in and out when we use the bath/shower. I do not recommend this tub. In fact, I can’t wat to get rid of it.

    The issues?

Pushing the beehive “button” to get the bubbles to puff up out of the treehouse proved to difficult for my daughter at about 16 months when she got this, she’s 2 now and still asks for help. The bubbles do not up and float like blowing bubbles, rather they are sudsy bubbles like you’d get washing dishes, so just be aware of that.

The slide has on many occassions been a place for little one to bump her head. The treehouse suction cups to your wall in the tub and then the slide sticks out into the tub so that’s tough.

You will want to regularly clean the toy with bleach, especially the individual characters that come with it because mold will grow in them. We try to clean with several products but it’s gross, sometimes you can still see the black mold inside through the transluscent plastic of the character. The latest trick we used peroxide on it and that seemed to do well.

My DD loves it however and for that reason it was a good investment despite the flaws.

I am happy witht this product. My 18 month old daughter enjoys it and plays with the little characters. The bubble part doesn’t work well but she doesn’t seem to mind. It is a nice addition to the regular bath toys that she has floating around the tub.

My daughter got this at her one year old birthday party and I thought it looked really lame, so I didn’t bring it out of the box for a few weeks until one day when I desperately needed a new bathtime toy– She LOVED it! and has been playing with it in the bath out of the bath ever since– even now at 2 1/2– she even brings the little characters to bed with her when she can find them– incredible! The most long lasting toy ever.

This is a great toy. The suction cups don’t work worth a darn, but the rest is great. My daughter has oodles of fun with it, and so do I…

I bought this as a christmas present for my 18 month old daughter. She likes it well enough, and plays with it at bath time. The only problem I have with it is that it is made for a more traditional bath tub. It has 2 suction cups to hold the bottom of the toy in place, but to hold the top in place, it has a strap that is supposed to go over the top of the tub and suction in place on the side. This doesnt work with our tub. But it still works and stays in place decent enough, which is why I gave it 4 stars. I think it would have been better if it had 1 suction for the top instead of the strap - if the top of the toy suctioned directly onto the inside of the tub. But it is a cute toy and does a lot of different stuff.
